All orders are processed at, and shipped from, Old Soda Springs Winery. We ship orders 2 Day Air using UPS or FEDEX (if preferred) to all states except in Northern California where we ship Ground. Our shipping prices include packaging materials. Please note: we strongly advise against selecting Ground shipping unless you are located in the immediate Bay Area. During extreme weather months (summer and winter), delays and adverse conditions may compromise the quality of your wine. Once your order is picked up by the carrier, ownership and responsibility for the wine transfer to you. Old Soda Springs Winery is not liable for, and will not replace, wine damaged due to weather during transit.

All wine is sold in California, and title to the wine, as well as the risk of loss, transfers to the buyer in California at the time the wine leaves our premises or warehouse ("Shipment"). Following Shipment, except to the extent caused by an error by Old Soda Springs Winery, Buyer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses related to the wine and shipment thereof, including without limitation any costs related to or resulting from delayed shipments. Old Soda Springs Winery shall not be liable for any costs or expenses related to the wine following Shipment.

Please be aware that we may be unable to ship to certain states due to state-specific laws. As of the current date, we ship directly to the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, DC, FL, GA, HI, IA, ID, IL, KS, MD, MA, MI, MN, MO, NV, NH, NM, NY, NC, OH, OR, TN, TX, VA, WA, WI, and WY. This list is subject to change without notice and is based on evolving shipping laws and regulations. Old Soda Springs Winery will arrange for shipment on behalf of the Buyer, to an address specified by the Buyer, provided that Old Soda Springs Winery in its sole discretion believes that such shipment will not subject Old Soda Springs Winery to the risk of any sort of legal action or other harm. If a buyer lives in a state where the direct shipment of wine by Old Soda Springs Winery may violate the law, we will contact the buyer to discuss shipping options, which options may include provision of an alternative shipping address in a state where the direct shipment of wines to consumers is permitted or storage of the wines at an acceptable third-party storage facility.

Old Soda Springs Winery will notify you by email when your wines are ready to be shipped. Please be aware that your order may be delayed until ideal weather and shipping conditions arise to protect your wines. An adult signature will be required for delivery of alcoholic beverages. To ensure prompt and successful deliveries of your wines, please ensure that an adult (21 years of age or older) will be present and available to sign for your shipment. Old Soda Springs Winery will not be held responsible for any shipment delays (or wine damaged as a result of such delays) caused by erroneous information provided by the customer at the time of ordering or caused by the failure of an adult to be present for signature at the time the wines are delivered. Buyers must notify Old Soda Springs Winery within 30 days of the ship date if a shipment has not been received.
